Pie/Tart Class!

I had a blast in pie class. It was a little disorganized and time challenged. Of the four pies/tarts we made, this was the only one that actually had time to cook and set properly. It was a gorgeous lemon tart that tasted amazing.

This was the pie I personally worked on, I did the lattice crust and the filling. Within the span of time allowed for the class, it didn't have time to cool all the way so the filling didn't set. I will do some version of this pie for Thanksgiving this week. As a class we also made pumpkin pie and a Baci Tart with Frangelico Cream
