Sunlit skyscraper

Kevin and I took a trip down to Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth this afternoon. My reason for the visit was for a spot of retail therapy and to find today’s photo while Kevin’s was supposedly to do some more research for his college project, although that didn’t stop him looking round the clothes on sale too! I took photos of a variety of subjects while we were there but it was the shots I took of the Spinnaker Tower which caught my eye when I downloaded them this evening. I know I’ve taken photos of this striking building before but I liked its contrast today against the deep blue sky and the way the sun was reflecting off the structure.
